What else happens behind the scenes?

Several times per day we confer with the doctor (GP) or the specialist in the hospitals about the prescribed medicines.

Did you know for instance that (in Holland) the pharmacist is responsible when the doctor makes an mistake in dosage?

In a lot of circumstances our staff confers with one of the pharmacists, for example if one of the new prescribed medicines does not fit well with the patient or the other medication.

At the end of the day all the prescriptions and protocols are (re)checked by one of the pharmacists.

(above) As a special service to clients with a lot of different medicines we fill so called week-boxes. We can also use a Baxter blister machine for personal medicine identity.
