All your personal data concealed in our database system
is kept and used under our privacy regulations. In this document,
which is approved by the National Patient Board of the Netherlands, is
written who has access to your date and for what purposes your data may
be used. You can see the public copy in the pharmacy on demand.
All members of our staff are under professional
secrecy.
When you have an idea, or a suggestion or even complaints we are glad
to hear them. We can learn from them, and optimize our care and
quality. In addition we would like you to regularly fill in our enquiry
form which can be found online, as well at the desks in the
Pharmacy. It will help us to develop our quality system. If you want us
to contact you to discuss about it you can indicate that as well on the
form. In case of a complaint we invite you to talk it over with us, so
we can see what can be done.
